Well, basically it is a group of images
much like a skin that covers your desktop and gives you a
fresh new style and interface to control your system.
Are
HVD themes hard to make?
I actually find it easier to Theme
HoverDesk than skinning... it is made to be really easy.
Just think of all the lil images as tiles that can be stuck
