Common questions and answers only for the screenkeeper savers, not for the others
. Most non theme screensavers are screenkeeper savers.
Q. I've installed ScreenKeeper successfully, but when I go to run it, I get a black screen with the Hyperpresence logo, and an error message.
A. Oops! Sounds like you're trying to run ScreenKeeper as a program, and not as a screen saver. Try this instead: Click START Click SETTINGS Click CONTROL PANEL Click DISPLAY Click the Screen Saver tab Select ScreenKeeper from the list of available screen savers Finally, click Settings to define your ScreenKeeper settings.
Or right click on your desktop and then properties, and select screensavers. Make sure you have the right screensaver selected in the menu.
Q. I get errors when the screen saver runs... My pictures aren't displaying.
A. Unfortunately, many software packages create non-standard BMP or JPEG images.. These pictures included in the screensavers should all be supported by Microsoft. They are all standard JPG, BMP images. If you have a problem make sure that you have a compatible operating system. These are for windows.
You may also need to install the Microsoft Visual Basic Libraries and Media Player ( these files can be found at Microsoft site.) or check the website link in your screensaver settings. (these also might be needed if you only see a black screen for any of the screensavers)

Placement: Select Random (the images are displayed at random locations) or Centered (the images are displayed in the center of the screen).
Order: Select Random (the images are displayed in no particular order) or Sequential (the images are displayed in the order they appear ).
