The assignments are located
on the right side of the screen. All of the assignments
have beed designed to get a working knowledge of DreamWeaver.
Through all of the assignments there are new theories
applied and older theories reapplied. We are working on
creating Graphicaly solid web designs as well as learing
how to create button rollover and table creation to create
a full working web site. Other things we are learning
in this class is how to format a page using HTML and images.
These assignement are also pushing the students to work
through the many obsticals that will come from basic web
design as well as push their existing design skills. |
Our first
assignment is covering the use of other programs to
create a web page that is well designed and starting
to learn about the web.

Our second
assignment is to create button rollovers that work with
a web site not only functunally but asthetically.
Our third
the mid term is to get a 5 page web site created with
buttons and HTML formatting on the web. We will be using
FTP to upload our sites Here
to this site. If you are reading this you are probably
already here. The students works for their midterms have
been posted and you can view them from the home page or
in the student work section.
Our forth
assignment wil be to create a FLASH movie for their sites.
This movie will have frame by frame animation and some
motion tweening.
Our fifth
assignment will be to creat a FLASH intro for their site.
This will be complete with a skip intro button as well
as a loading screen to load the FLASH movie.
Our sixth
and final assignment is to create a web site with 5 pages
linked together as well as create a flash intro to the
site. All of this will be uploaded and ready for viewing
on the day of the final. |
