Miscellaneous Advice
Voice
This is one area where men are much better off than women. Taking testosterone causes the voice to break more or less normally. It also helps to pay attention to how other men speak, and try to copy their speach patterns.
Binding
It's common to bind the breasts before top surgery, to present a more masculine figure. Depending on your build, a sports bra may be sufficient, or you may need to take a more drastic approach such as wrapping your chest in bandages. Tight binding can unfortunately be dangerous for your health, so be careful. Wearing loose, bulky clothes helps, though it may not be much fun in summer.
Packing
Most men with Benjamin's Syndrome who haven't had bottom surgery put something in their pants to produce a typically masculine bulge. There are plenty of different ways to achieve this, ranging from the traditional rolled-up pair of socks to expensive, realistic prostheses.
Public Bathrooms
It can be useful to be able to stand up to urinate before GRS (and depending on the particular surgery, the same techniques may still be needed afterwards). It's possible to use various tools to achieve this, though they are best used in the privacy of a stall rather than at a shared urinal. The simplest is a plain flexible plastic lid, which can be roled into a funnel when needed, and stored flat the rest of the time. Apparently it is even possible to manage without the aid of any device - see the link below.
Cosmetic Surgery
It is possible to undergo cosmetic surgery to masculinse the face, and possibly the body. I don't know too much about this, but it is obviously very important to make sure the surgeon you choose is skilled and experienced with this sort of surgery.
