Below is a link to JRChat. I have removed ICE because I haven't seen anyone in there lately.
Here are the rules to JRChat.
1. No scrolling. This means don't type lines of junk, repeat lines over and over, or write extremely long sentences that take up more than a few lines.
2. Watch your language. Try to keep cussing out of the chat if you can. Stay PG Rated.
3. Do not shout a whole lot. This means don't type in all capital letters. It annoys people, and is rude.
4. Don't ask Stats Questions. Don't ask people how old they are or where they live.
5. Don't do polls or petitions. The Chat room is not the place for that.
