What are skins?
    Skins are simply a group of images/files that are programed to "skin" (cover) the boring user interface of most software.

What are skins good for?
    Well, as stated they basicly just cover your boring software interface with a theme. Basicly its all about Eye Candy.

Are skins hard to make?
    They can be very tedius, Skins are made up of images that must first be drawn in an image editor like PSP or PhotoShop. they must then be cutt into small pieces (like puzzle pieces) then programmed to be placed on/in the software at procisly the right location with the right settings.

There are lots of Skins out there, where should I begin?
