On my first weekend out with Rob and Terry we went to one of James' friend's bar.  Since then the bar has relocated.  For a couple weekends we were told that it would be open that weekend, and that we were invited to the reopening, but as each weekend rolled around, the opening was cancelled.  This weekend was no different.  The bar wasn't open because the owner was having problems with a liquor license, but they we having a party for some friends getting married and we were invited to join in the fun.

This is near the new location.  It is located close to Han-nam University, which is one of the large universities in Daejeon (think there are 2).  I don't have enough outdoor night pictures.

He's a picture of the bar.  A huge difference from the old place.  The new one is very nice.  And this picture is also Beth's first.  She's a new teacher at my school.  She's the only foreigner you don't know, in the red.

Rob and I at the table.  I don't know who the guy in the background is, but Korean's are obsessed with giving the victory/peace symbol in pictures.

A nice picture of Rob and Kim.  Kim was there before us, and  Rob was sure that he was quite drunk on our arrival.

James doing a shot "Canadian style."

After leaving the bar, we walked around in a circle looking for another place and ended up right next door, seriously next door to where we left.  It was a Japanese restaurant/bar.

I seem to have a lot of pictures like this.
