Some KAY's members this year helped to decorate for the Lewis Community Christmas Banquet held in the Community Hall. KAY's also decorated the school before our Christmas vacation.

We also read to the elementary. Each member was assigned a "reading buddy" and a day to read with your "buddy". It was split into a two-day period.

For Valentines Day each KAY member had to sell at least five "candygrams"(a balloon filled w/helium and a bag of Hershey Kisses tied together w/a ribbon), which were also delivered by the KAY members on the day before Valentines Day. The proceeds went to John and Sherry Castaneda.
