The rare mobs are place Holders for the Froglok Hunter and Froglok Forager. Hunters and Foragers always drop a Spectral Bow: 19/50 Range 150 +3Dex Lore-NO DROP, and they drop medallions, both of which are necessary to finish the Old Sebilis key quest.

Bring a well rounded group of mid 40s to low 50s to Trak's Teeth. The Hunter/Forager and the mobs in the cycles are mostly lvl 45ish to 50ish. The zone is by no means "clean", there are TONS of mobs that will aggro on you during the pull. Most of the Cycle mobs hit for 120+, some Harm Touch for 800 dmg, Ffroaak casts Strike 575dd, Harbinger Dronik casts Ice Comet 1000dd, and DOOM makes the Ghoul Lord in Lower guk look like a sissy pushover.

Camp near one of the zonelines (Swamp of No Hope or Emerald Jungle), or camp in a more central location near the lake. When you kill a mob in the cycle, another mob from that cycle spawns immediately. If a named mob from the cycle doesn't show up on track right away, it probably spawned to the south towards Emperor Ganak. It is extremely difficult, to do the cycles without a tracker.

Old Sebilis Key Quest

After acquiring medallions from both the Froglok Hunter and Forager, head to the South wall of Trakanon's Teeth. Near LOC -2750, 2850 there are two broken down hallway/entrance passages. The one farthest East has a graveyard in front of it with many spectral type MOB's hanging around, this is the one you want. You can get through the graveyard just by being careful, but Invis to Undead couldn't hurt. Once you are inside, head down the ramp, and turn left into a large room. There's a throne there where Emperor Chottal is, he is indifferent to all, give him the medallions. He gives you the Trakanon Idol, the key to Old Sebilis.
